SafeTrakX is owned by Laflor Solutions Inc. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and govern information across SafeTrakX web properties and applications.
Information we collect

Location data
SafeTrakX may access, collect, store, and sync precise or approximate location data when a user chooses features that require location, including Lone Worker monitoring, nearest hospital lookup, field-level hazard assessments, inspections, emergency response workflows, and safety records that need a worksite location.
For the Lone Worker feature, SafeTrakX may collect and sync location data while an active Lone Worker monitoring session is running, including when the app is in the background or not actively in use. This enables missed check-in escalation, emergency response support, supervisor visibility, and last-known-location safety records.
Location data may be visible to authorized organization administrators, supervisors, and emergency response contacts for safety and compliance purposes. We do not sell location data and we do not use Lone Worker location data for advertising.
How we use your data
We use the information to deliver the SafeTrakX platform, support compliance workflows, improve safety outcomes, and maintain secure access. Data is used only for legitimate business purposes and never sold to third parties.
Location data is used to support location-based safety features, document worksite context, identify nearby emergency resources, and support Lone Worker monitoring during active sessions.
Security
SafeTrakX uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control (RBAC), immutable audit trails, and App Check protections. Only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.

Retention
Data is retained according to your organization's policies and contractual requirements. Safety records are retained for compliance periods (typically 3–7 years depending on jurisdiction). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
